Hey NZ! Given the chaos surrounding shipping times, we want to be as transparent and forthcoming as possible about our terms, and your rights.
Your shopping experience is the most important thing to us, and even though logistics is a tad crazy right now, we want to do what's right for you.
All orders will be processed & shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, We will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders are shipped as either standard parcels or as Express Parcels depending on your shipping selection. All orders have tracking and a link will be emailed to you once the order is processed. We expect all NZ orders to be delivered within 1-7 business days.
Refunds and Cancellations
We stand by our product’s 30-day product warranty; no questions asked.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund.
